 NAVIN S & CO. CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS, is a proprietorship firm of chartered accountants offering audit and assurance, taxation and allied services to clients across India and abroad.

The CA firm is located in Mumbai and is led by Navin Shetty, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Navin is also an INSOLVENCY PROFESSIONAL (IP), registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), offering IP services to clients across India which include appointment as : 
- Resolution Professional (RP) under corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP)
- Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) under CIRP
- Liquidator
- Authorised Representative of Creditors or Class of Creditors
- Consultation services to banks, financial institutions, home buyers, other creditors, individuals and businesses, on filing of CIRP applications with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), as well as response to CIRP applications filed on corporate debtors arising on default in repayment of loan.

Navin has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1999.

-  a Commerce Graduate from Bombay University
- an Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016

Area of Experience -
Navin's professional experience as a chartered accountant is primarily in audit and assurance, taxation and allied areas during his employment with Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Chaturvedi & Shah, Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy, Varma & Varma, A F Ferguson and Todarwal & Todarwal.
